Writing reviews and recommendations is not something which I normally do but ARD deserved one.
Having approached a number of builders I eventually selected ARD Developments.
From the start Rich explained that any work completed is a direct advertisement for ARD’s work and reputation therefor it would be of a high standard, “cut corners” is non existent in the vocabulary of the business.
It’s hard nowadays to actually trust people and business in general, so I found handing over the keys to my property for the work to commence particularly difficult. I should not have worried Rich is extremely skilled in all areas of construction.
Throughout the property’s renovation Rich communicated with me any key decision points and explained the options available to me. Any points I raised were immediately rectified with the work adjusted to suit my needs.
The high attention to detail shown during my kitchen installation by Scott is particularly impressive.
The team worked really hard, the end result is testament to this, the work produced was of a high standard.
I have no hesitation in recommending ARD developments and will be using their services again.
