I’ve known Rich for years now and he has helped me on numerous occasions, whether it’s alterations and improvements to my house, or advice, or technical support. He always has a solution to any problem; he is 100% reliable, 100% knowledgeable, and 100% skilled. He is helpful, kind and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone (in fact I do, quite a lot!).
